We started by going to the store in Williamsville for the sale on Fit Friday. We just don't have the time to meal prep and keep going on the workouts, so this seemed like a great option. We have been very happy with 95 Nutrition! We now order ahead of time each week which is even better because we can make special requests (like no onions) and everything is boxed and ready to go when you arrive to pick up! I finally decided to try 95 Nutrition and let me tell you Awesome choice. Everything that I ordered was fresh and delicious. It took the meal planning and measuring pressure away. They do it all for you. Everyone there is very nice. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a healthy meal plan to give them a try you Will Not be disappointed.
I received my first order last week and really enjoyed them. The meals helped me stay on track with eating healthy. Customer service was great and very helpful with my first order. Looking to forward to order more his week.

I got my first order this past weekend, and I will definitely be ordering weekly from 95 now! I have tried a few other prep places and they are by far the best for a few reasons. The meals & desserts taste amazing and have filling portion sizes. The food here is incredible. Every meal that I’ve tried has exceeded my expectations. Everyone that I’ve interacted with from the 95 nutrition team has been great. If you’re serious about eating healthy, this is the answer.
We tried this service last week. Def reasonably priced, you get a ton of food, and delicious options. Many better options the. Most other companies and no comparison in taste. Glad we tried this company out and will continue to order in the future!
Easy to order. Great menu selections that change each week Delivery available. Great tasting food!! All you have to do is heat and eat. No measuring or tracking. Highly Recommend this!!!
