Stopped in yesterday to the Williamsville for my meals. Staff was friendly as always and I couldn’t believe the variety. Loved everything I have tried especially the cookie dough balls for a sweet tooth fix!!
The meals taste awesome. I'm definitely on track on losing weight. And when I have a sweet tooth I have a healthy dessert that tastes delicious.

Great meals! Not only are they healthy but they taste good as well.
This is my third week with 95 nutrition. Everything I have tried so far has been great! Even when something looked kind of plain- it was packed with flavor. Doing this I'm able to have something different every day. Oh and those cookie dough bites � I've got the brownie bites to try this week. Can't wait!
The meals are delicious. Definitely know you’re getting a homemade, nutritious meal. The portions are awesome and worth the money. Just started going to 95 Nutrition but will definitely continue!
I just got my first set of meals on Friday and I have been so impressed with how good the meals are! I really didn’t think they were going to have as much flavor and be very bland but I absolutely love them! It has made my life so much easier and I feel so great eating healthier without and hassle!! So glad I took the leap and tried it. I’m excited for some more meals!
