I am so happy with my meals! I work late nights as a nurse and they make it so easy to grab and go!! The desserts are AMAZING, and I am a huge dessert person, only now I can eat healthy desserts :)
The staff is very friendly! I just started trying their meals and they are so good! The price is worth the taste of the meals!
I can't say enough good things about this place! I started Jenny Craig at the beginning of year and got bored very fast and spent ALOT of money to only lose a few pounds....then I found 95 and the pounds are just melting away and I don't feel like I'm dieting cuz I'm eating real food and have different choices every week! Thank you 95 for getting me on the right track to being healthy and happy �

Went to 95 Nutrition Williamsville location yesterday for the first time. I was originally on keto, but I have amped up my personal training and my trainer wants me to eat more balanced meals. I placed my second order tonight, and so clearly I am super pleased with my test run on 95 Nutrition. The food is super fresh and I love the selections. It makes it so easy, with working and going to school, not having to think about what I am going to buy or make for meals. Saves me time and from making unhealthy decisions!
