Got a week worth if lunches from 95 Nutrition and I’m loving the meals. Economical, love not Having to think about preparing or prepping my own lunches, tasty, and great service. Highly recommend it. Also, desserts are pretty tasty and filling as well.

���� oh my lanta. 95 is where it's at. First time there today at the Williamsville location. Fit Friday got the best of me. I couldn't wait to get home and try something. I just had the Pizza Wrap. WOWWWWWWW!!!! My goodness it was freaking delicious !!
The food is of high quality and tastes great. Love the burgers, one of my favorites. Everything is frozen so it is easy to stock up on them, put them in the freezer and thaw as needed. They really help you stay on track because they are proportioned correctly and have a healthy filling combination of carbs, protein and fat. So happy they opened in Williamsville now too.
I've been trying to eat healthy for a few weeks now because I'm getting married this summer. Was using another company close to my work but it was very boring with no flavor. Your meals however don't make me feel like I'm "dieting" at all. All of the meals are delicious and the portions are perfect, yet filling. Completely loving 95 nutrition and now I'm hooked!
