Heard about 95 nutrition from a friend so I stopped into the Williamsville location last week to see what it was all about. The employee was very knowledgeable and I decided to sample 4 meals to see if I would like it....after the first 2 meals I was hooked and ordered 16 more that were just picked up on Saturday. They are very flavorful and it takes all the guess work out of meal prep. Definitely liking this so far and saves me a ton of time....you can’t out train a bad diet, so it’s worth investing in your health.
Fully prepped fridge, oh how I missed @95nutrition, went off the wheel for a bit and gained 15 lbs since starting my second year of grad school, working 3 jobs with school full time literally left no time for anything. Thankfully I was able figure it out with 2 jobs and have been working to lose weight with the 80 day obsession, I have lost over 15 lbs so far! Perfect Solution for Health and Wellness in today’s chaotic workdays.
This was my first time purchasing meals. I was pleasantly surprised! I am picky with meat (texture) and everything I have had is delicious! I am currently picking out which meals I want for next week! HAPPY customer alert! **European pasta is my absolute favorite**
95 Nutrition is the hands down winner when it comes to meal prep in our area. I have tried a few others and no one compares. The food is labeled and stays fresh. They taste amazing and I love that there is a new menu every week. This service has been a huge time saver! I normally have to pack breakfast and lunches for the family and now it’s just grab and go. It is a relief to know that all our meals are now portioned correctly and healthy. Look forward to my next order :)
Not only is the food convenient but tastes delicious! Lots of flavor and change up so you do not get bored. Supplements are awesome that you cannot find at GNC or vitamin world. They have Bang energy drinks there too which are my favorite! Love this place!
