I’m just finishing up my first week, and I have got to say I LOVE it!!! The food is awesome and perfectly portioned(portion control being my downfall) as much as I can plan my weeks meals, it involves me eating the same thing every day...which gets pretty dull and boring. With 95 nutrition I don’t have to worry about cooking, portioning, or grocery shopping. I am already down weight, which is a huge motivator. I recommend everyone to give this a go, you won’t be disappointed!!
I grabbed a few meals for my sons hockey tournament in Cleveland... I didn’t want to lose track of my healthy eating while we were away! They were delicious!! I’m a fussy eater but everything was fantastic, easy to heat up and I love that the Macros are listed! Makes healthy eating easy!!! Highly recommend!!
The location is easy to get to and the meals are much tastier than some of the other local meal preps.... Nutrition 95 is definitely my choice
I have ordered from a few other meal prep places in the past and have come to start dreading the meals and texture. However- this is NOT the case with 95 nutrition! i am so impressed with the flavor of these meals! i don’t even feel like i’m eating the level of protein that i am! Plus they are SOO filling! Also i love that they change the meals up so i’m not inclined to get bored! Would DEFINITELY recommend!
I started with 95 nutrition because let’s state the obvious, they’re meals sound so good! Let me tell you they taste just as good as they look. I’ve previously lost 70 lbs mostly eating clean boring things but I also gave myself what i wanted when i wanted and that’s how i was successful. RecommendedI've tried a lot of the meal prep services and 95 is by far the best! The food is delicious, the variety is great and the ordering and pickup is super easy. I live in Lancaster and work in Orchard Park so the West Seneca location is very convenient. Even out of the freezer the meals taste fresh and flavorful. Great job 95 Nutrition!

First time trying 95 Nutrition after going through other places and they knocked it out of the park. The food tastes good, leaves you satisfied and doesn’t break the bank. Definitely will continue buying from them!
