I have been on a weight loss journey for a little over a year now. After losing 62 lbs, I hit a 3 month plateau and I needed to make a change. I started 95 nutrition 3 weeks ago and I’m down 7 lbs so far. It really helped me because I don’t have to think about if I’m making a good nutritional choice. I love the food too(it tastes like I’m cheating) I will continue use their meals to reach my goals.
My new obsession! Looking to lose considerable weight by August and am already bored with tired recipes for chicken/fish/salad AND the prep. Loving the meals I've tried so far. Thank you!!
RecommendedFood is pretty good I must say. I actually stay full after eating. But I have to say whoever fills the order, needs to learn how to count. For the past 2 weeks we come up short on meals and we have to go back. 30 meals is not hard to count. �
I just discovered this place and it's great! They have delicious, healthy, and satisfying meals for very reasonable prices. You can't beat them if you want to just pick up a quick lunch or dinner.
Ive been eating the meals for about a week now all the food is great, Im never hungry, I most definitely will be ordering again. I no longer am throwing food away. I want to try a few snacks too.
I have been order my meals for several weeks now. Very good and love that the macros are listed on the container. It could not be easier to eat healthy and get to know what portion control is. Love ordering for the week - no brainer.
Can I just say AMAZING. I wanted to try 95 awhile ago but Grand Island was too far. But now that it's I West Seneca we have been going for a couple weeks now. Their food is amazing.
I love it! It's exactly what I need. I live alone and want to eat healthy, but spend a fortune buying food at the store and then throwing it away because it goes bad before I can use and eat it all. 95 Nutrition has changed that. It's delicious, perfectly portioned and so easy to order and eat! Now I can meal prep without eating the same boring food everyday!
I live in south Buffalo and although I was very fascinated I knew that driving to Grande island was a no go for me. Heard that west Seneca opened a location and now I'm stoked !!! Gonna give it the old college try! �
