I went to the West Seneca location today for the first time. They were very friendly & extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and even gave me a few supplement samples to try. The meals are quite delicious and I plan on going back tomorrow and getting some more.
I'm so thankful for the new West Seneca location!! I've heard about 95 Nutrition for months from friends, my trainer, etc....as soon as the WS location opened I went to check it out. I was instantly greeted by several employees and Lindsay, the owner, at the soft opening. I've been coming here for about 5 months now. Great people to talk with when you come in. What makes me come back is the brands of supplements they carry. No Muscletech, no cellucor. They carry GREAT brands with transparent labels. This is where I get all of my sups for my contest prep. 95 is the only family owned nutrition/supplement store in WNY so if you're gonna spend money on supplements and advice, do it here ! Don't wastes your time at GNC or vitamin shoppe.
Have been purchasing meals from 95 Nutrition for a week now, and already lost 3 lbs. Fantastic selection and wonderful quality, tasty meals, lovin it.

I stopped in on their soft opening of the West Seneca location and it was awesome! The staff was so helpful, as I had never been there before and they answered any questions I had. I tried the cookie dough balls, the bomber, the Greek chicken over pasta salad and the buffalo chicken pasta all of which were very delicious! I will definitely be getting some meals from there more often. For me, it's a great way to have a healthy meal on a busy day!
