This place has been the BOMB. I was not out to lose weight and actually need to gain it but really wanted to do it in a healthy way so when I came across 95 as an option to help me get into a healthy eatin routine without having to work so hard, i dove right in. Their meals are delicious and the variety is great with a new menu every week! Keep up the good work!
With my recent interest in the bodybuilding/fitness world I figured I would start looking into local meal prep services and came across 95 nutrition. At first glance I was wowed at the variety of meals that were offered and that they not only tasted good but were healthy too! Super convenient and now they are expanding to the West Seneca area which amplifies the convenience of this service for me as well! Love 95 nutrition!
I just finished my first meal the Street brawler Taco, and I am FULL! I never get full! SO much flavor and no hassle having to do my own prepping and portioning. I know many people who know, trust and love 95 nutrition and now I am one of them! Walking into their Grand Island location was a great experience. I was welcomed and walked through not only by the gentleman working but the regulars too! Once I get through the surplus of food I bought last week I will be back for sure!

Just got done shopping at 95 Nutrition and wow, my fiance and I were undecided on which protein and pre-workout to choose so the girl working happily offered us a sample of protein to try right there in the store. FYI 'Rule 1' cookies and cream protein is DELICIOUS! And then she left us with a sample of preworkout to test, just to make sure we were going to be happy with what we buy. What a great and personal experience. Thank you 95 Nutrition! :D

I absolutely love the offerings at 95 Nutrition, the meals are delicious and taste as good as they look in the pictures. The meals taste like cheat meals, but are actually healthy! I just had the Glazed Orange Chicken Wrap with Broccoli on the side, all I can say is WOW, it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to have this meal again, I hope it's on the menu again soon. Keep up the great work making delicious cheat like meals and desserts healthy, nutritionist and the right portion!!
