I can't say enough good things about 95 Nutrition. The meals are so tasty, and delicious. I'm extremely picky about my chicken, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well their chicken was trimmed with no fat! I highly recommend 95 Nutrition for anyone that is looking for an excellent meal prepping service. The staff have been absolutely wonderful in helping me with my orders.
The food is absolutely delicious!! By day 4 it's still delicious. I have ordered food from other places and by day 4 it's bad and smelly...so gross, and wasting my money! Love 95 nutrition!!
I cant rant and rave enough about 95 nutrition. The meals are absolutely delicious and very filling. It's hard to believe they are even healthy. It is so convenient to just pop it in the microwave and it's ready to go! Absolutely in love this company!

Half way done with my first order of meals and I couldn't be happier. I love the selection and the rotating menu. Food is easy to heat up and tastes amazing! I work crazy hours so it's nice not to have to meal prep. I'll be ordering again very soon.
I just started getting 95 Nutrition meals and after trying multiple other local meal prep services, this one is by far the best! The food, the presentation, the info on macros, and the service are incredible. They make it incredibly easy to stay on track, eat healthy and to actually ENJOY IT!! My favorite part (since I live in the south towns) is that I can order online and have my meals shipped right to my house!! I absolutely love 95 Nutrition and can't say enough to about them and the owner Lindsey. The meals are delicious and stuff that you actually want to eat! Tons of flavor, very good pricing and the variety is awesome. I've tried other meal prep services and have not been impressed! Love #team95!!!

I checked out 95 Nutrition on a recommendation from a coworker and I am so happy I did. Being a mother of 2 with 2 jobs makes it difficult to cook a healthy meal for myself. The meals I have gotten from 95 Nutrition are amazing!! I love that they are all clean, and are remarkably flavorful!! Lyndsey was so helpful and is always willing to answer questions. Definitely a gold mine, and I will be visiting every week!!!
