Absolutely LOVE their food! Nothing is better than grabbing a meal out of the fridge and heading out to work. I had the Bubba Lou's BBQ taco and it was amazing!!! I will definitely be ordering again!

Picked up some healthy deserts this weekend. Looking forward to my treats all week. Tried the protein cookie dough bites and the cookies and cream pie already. Both fantastic. I also got some lasagna thats on my menu for tomorrow! So easy and tasty. Ill be back. :-)

My girlfriend and I have tried other meal prep plans but they were not sustainable because the food was not delicious. We switched to 95 nutrition and the food was amazing. You even get to choose what meals you get to eat and their selection changes every week. It does not even feel like you are eating healthy. My girlfriend and I look forward to eating their meals everyday. In 2 weeks she has lost 5 pounds and I have lost 3 myself. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have had great success with 95 nutrition. Meals are perfectly labeled so I can keep track of exactly what I am eating. I pull enough out of the freezer every other day, pop them in the microwave for 2:30, and i have a complete meal! Tastes exceptional!
I absolutely love 95 Nutrition! Best meal prep service in Western NY! Amazing variety of delicious meals and their desserts are to die for! You can still enjoy good food and stay healthy and lose weight at the same time. Highly recommended if you're looking for the convenience of prepped meals! So excited for the opening of their West Seneca location soon! �
