The selection, portion size and taste are excellent. Many of the meals feel like comfort food but are well balanced. The new packaging is a huge plus if you're tracking macros. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about how amazing this service is!

RecommendedI have been with 95 Nutrition for a little less than a week and cannot believe how much BETTER my body has been feeling. I truly believe it's from the 100% fresh, preservative free food I'm enjoying--it's Delicious!! Also the customer service is great as well. Lindsey and Carmelo where there to explain how and why their foods work, portion control and answered all my questions plus they are super personable, Carmelo is a riot LOL!
Just started the 30 day challenge on Monday and the food is awesome!! I tried 2 other prep places before finding 95 nutrition and sorry that I didn't try it sooner . Great selection of food and I'm not hungry in between meals.
I can't tell you how awesome 95 nutrition has been to help me get back on track with my health goals! I'm an ICU nurse with late hours and not much time to meal prep. I need a special meal plan and they are always accommodating to prepare my meals for me! I'm down over 10 lbs already and having prepared fresh food is a huge part of it! This has also been so budget friendly and less expensive than buying groceries to not get time to cook and throw away! Thanks!!!!
I have not received a meal that I have not enjoyed yet! On top of great food they have great customer service to answer any questions or resolve any issues you may have. And also… My A1 C scores are down! Five stars all across the board
I was starting to get tired of eating the same stuff every week and decided to give 95 Nutrition a chance. Unlike other meal prep companies I've used, 95 Nutrition's meals and desserts have consistently been delicious and well priced! I haven't tried anything that I didn't love. I love that their menu changes constantly and that I always get to try new things. Using them has helped me stay consistent with my nutrition while eating the foods that I love! Highly recommend to others!
Can we talk about how amazing the food is at 95 nutrition? Eating right can be extremely boring but they make it so easy and they switch up their menu every week! The support system they have as well is truly amazing .
