Great meals and so helpful. I love that the menu always changes and it's something new each week.
I can't say enough positive things about 95 nutrition! My husband and I have been ordering our meals through this company for the past few months and we absolutely love it! The food is delicious and healthy. I love that all of the nutritional information is listen on the side of each container. I don't feel like I am dieting or depriving myself while eating these meals. Needed to find a way to have balanced meals, especially for lunch without it costing a fortune and above all else - it had to be real food and taste great - 95 Nutrition fills the bill completely! Great People and Amazing Food!
I stopped in at the West Seneca location for their opening yesterday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I picked some meals to try. The buffalo chicken pasta was something I would order at a restaurant. Delicious! My 2 teenagers were fighting over the others. I'm so glad you are in West Seneca now. I'll be back!
Started 95 nutrition about a month ago. Love the convenience of having a meal all ready to go. The meals are great love the breakfast sandwiches and my fav is the sausage and penne pasta yum! Order every week and will continue and spreading the word �

Really happy I found 95 Nutrition and very excited about the new West Seneca location that will be opening soon. This is the first meal prep place in the area that I have found that has food I want to eat every day. The meal choices are plenty and the food is really good. I have been sharing my meals with family members who are looking forward to ordering for themselves.
So five tried three meals and love them all already ordered a second order
Hands down, some of THE best prepped meals I have ever had! I love a fresh, new menu every week, It's impossible to get bored. The desserts help my sweet tooth craving while keeping me on track. Just when you think the meals can't get any better.. they do. The State Fair Gyro.. LOVE! Well done 95 Nutrition!!!
