I've been ordering the last few weeks and you guys are steps above the rest when it comes to meal prep! I love that your menu changes weekly and its always amazing! It's never, ever bland. I am obsessed with the European pasta and think it just might be one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. 95 definitely helps me stay on track without getting bored with what I’m eating. I kept hearing commercials for this prep meal spot and then the ladies in my kickboxing class were talking about it so I finally found time to stop in the WS location. I am do happy I did! The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and had answered all my questions before I even said a word. My daughter and I picked out a sample pack. Needless to say I’m hooked. I love my meals from 95 Nutrition! I stop every Friday after work and stock up for the coming week. That’s my meal prep!! Saves so much time. The meals are delicious and very filling. Love the tater tot casserole! Very reasonable prices, and no wasted food that I never got around to prepping! Thank you 95 Nutrition!

I ordered about a dozen meals for delivery and I’ve been bringing them to work for lunch...so far I’ve liked every one I’ve tried and I’m a picky eater! It’s nice to have them here to keep me on track and so I’m not tempted to order take out with the office.
I recently heard of 95 Nutrition and thought it would be a good idea for my lunches. Last Friday I went to the Grand Island shop and looked through the meals and found so many delicious looking foods! I got the help I needed to pick out what I was looking for and was happy to hear about $5 Fridays! Now it’s Friday again and I have eaten all of my meals and I have to say...I LOVED EVER SINGLE BITE!
