WOW!! JUST WOW‼️😳. If you want meals that are already prepared, well balanced, affordably prices and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, then 95 Nutrition is just what you need to try! They have 4 locations locally for easy pick up or the meals can be delivered. I’m single and work long shifts and to cook just for myself is just not convenient sometimes. These meals are perfect, great flavor and filling and would be a wonderful option for seniors who are unable to cook for themselves. They can go right from the freezer into the microwave... read more

The turkey chili is phenomenal. The last meal prep place I went to made their food either bland or overly spicy. So far I’m loving 95 nutrition! Being a nurse and in grad school, both full-time, it’s hard to find time or motivation to meal prep. This place is convenient and affordable.
