I would recommend 95 nutrition to anyone. The meals have simple ingredients and taste delicious. The female portion sizes are perfect and I am never hungry. I typically stop in once or twice a week to stock up in meals for the busy work week. And shout out to the honey mustard salad- best salad ever!!!
Amazing food and high quality! Love their location on the island it’s my main stop for lunch and to grab a couple extra meals through the week. The only thing I wish could happen is being able to order the salads. The honey mustard chicken salad is bomb!!! I try to snatch em up when they’re available. Wish i could get them for the week.
