my mom and I went to the west Seneca store this afternoon and I have to say it was a phenomenal experience! The gentleman who was working (I didnt catch his name) was beyond helpful. He walked us through the meals and our options as well as ordering online and even had protein recommendations!!!! I first tried 95 Nutrition years back when they were relatively new, but stopped because the location was inconvenient for me. With the new location in the Southtowns, I decided to give them another try again and I am so happy I did! Wonderful store, great service, and of course, fantastic food! Thank you! Will reorder!

I have tried a bunch of the meal prep services in buffalo and 95 Nutrition is by far the best! The variety in the menu options keeps you satisfied yet the staples everyone loves like the pizza wrap are always available! I literally eat the protein pancakes everyday they are so delicious and filling you will not believe they fit in your macros and are healthy!
