RecommendedI stopped in the West Seneca location today on a whim and was amazed at what I found. The staff was so friendly and informative! Food is great and it tastes good
I just completed the 30 day challenge with 95 Nutrition, and I lost 10 pounds! They got me back on track, and I couldnt be happier. The menu changes weekly, and it's very diverse. I enjoyed all of the meals that I got. Sierra was very friendly and helpful with the entire process. The other staff members I met were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend 95 Nutrition to anyone who is too busy to meal prep themselves or needs help getting back on track.

loving 95 nutrition! have ordered a few times now and the food is so flavorful! I've tried many other meal prep places in the past and they have been bland or dont fill me up enough. these meals are really filling, love the gluten free options. highly recommended!
Ordering from 95 nutrition is so easy & delicious! Even my husband loves the food & he is beyond picky! I stopped ordering for financial reasons & just started again because we missed it so much. The $5 Friday’s is AMAZING! If you want to try some delicious food come to 95!

I have been buying meals from 95 Nutrition for a little over a month now and I cannot be more satisfied. From pastas, wraps, burgers, soups, deserts the variety is endless! I feel like I can eat whatever I want with still being healthy (AND THESE MEALS ARE SO GOOd)! Plus the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Thanks 95 Nutrition! :)
I tried 95 for the first time this week, and I have already been back to their NB location twice since. I have been bringing their meals to my friends and family to try. I love that they do all the work for you not just in terms of prep but calculating macros, calories, and even weight watchers points. I will be using them weekly. As a mom and a full time working professional, it has already helped relieve the stress of planning meals. My only suggestion is I wish there were a couple more vegetarian or fish options.
