the food tastes really good, really well portioned and I am finding it much much easier to control my calorie count. Especially love the wraps and the pancakes - though I plan to try most things on their ever changing menu - so glad I found these guys :)

I’ve tried so many meal prep services without being satisfied. I finally found 95 Nutrition and have been using it for the past couple months. The food tastes great and is easy to grab and take on the go. So many options too and very affordable!
I stopped by the Delaware Avenue location in Buffalo for the first time today. Sarah was so friendly and recommended some great options, and even gave me some protein powders to try! I tried the bell pepper dish today and it was SO good! I will definitely be back :)
I went in there today for the first time. and Stephen the employee came up to me and asked if i needed help. I said yes this is my first time . what ones are fir females and for males. He told me . I asked if these meals are diabetic friendly, carbs, sugar, sodium . calories. Yes they are and he said to stay away from pasta. lol.
