RecommendedThis is my favorite place to stop after a workout. The staff are always super friendly and personable. And the meals are fantastic. It's fun to see what new options they have available when I stop in.
Lockport location has been my exceeding my expectations weekly. The customer service is outstanding every time! Amanda was extremely helpful my last trip in answering my questions about supplements! 95 is my go to weekly, making the other aspects of my life 100% easier with the prepped meals! 👍🏻👍🏻

The food is very tasty. The owner is wonderful! She answered all my questions. One of these meals costs less than a meal from my cafeteria at work, and it’s nutritionally balanced. You won’t regret buying from 95 Nutrition!
As a trainer its so hard to get clients to get on a good diet plan, but this place has made my job 100000× easier. The food is great, the employees are helpful and the multiple locations make it easy to get what you need. A simple and delicious way to start eating right!
I love my meals from 95! I work crazy hours every week and Idk what I would do without it. I visit Grand island and Sierra is so helpful. I always come in thinking I’ll just get one meal and that never happens!
95 has great food a pretty good selection, today i had their black and blue burger recommended by Sierra who was very friendly and energetic, the type of service that brightens your day. Needless to say it was amazing. the portions sometimes are to much to finish. You can feel the difference in your energy almost immediately. I've tried eatright and wtf chef and they dont compare.
I cannot say enough good things about 95 Nutrition. The meals are so easy & tasty and truly help keep us in check with our busy schedules. I love that the menu changes weekly and I can quickly pre-order online and pick up at any location. Customer service is wonderful and Lindsey has been super responsive, sweet and helpful anytime I’ve had a question. I tell all my family and friends for healthy, quality meals to get you back on track or maintain your healthy lifestyle, 95 is where it’s at!
