RecommendedYes!!! I cannot day enough about 95 Nutrition!! From the food, which we love!!! My husband takes one for lunch everyday. I love the pancakes, especially the churro! But the one thing that I can’t say enough about is the customer service. Emily at Lockport is the best! She knows my name, knows my husband, here helped my mom out when she came in! She always asks about my day and is always upbeat!!! I can’t say enough about her!!! 😁

If you're looking for a meal prep service that offers a tasty, delicious, filling portions and easy on your wallet this is your place. I've been eating their meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the last 3 weeks and couldn't be happier. I'm down a pant size already. The food is so appealing and the menu changes weekly so you don't get bored eating the same thing over and over.

I recently started at ILKB,they gave 95 Nutrition great reviews and suggested I try them. So very glad I did! This is only my 1st order but will be ordering again as soon as I finish this review! Price is great, meals are delicious, portions are more than enough (my husband ate one of the female meals and he was full!) everything I have tried is a get again! This is so convenient when you are watching your food intake and are crunched for time. So glad I tried you guys!
The meals are fantastic and the portion size is perfect. I never feel overly full; completely satisfied. The choices of meals is wonderful, as well. The price for the quality of the food is MORE than worth it. I highly recommend it!
I highly recommend 95 Nutrition to any pregnant mother with gestational diabetes looking to stabilize their blood sugars and weight. In my second pregnancy while carrying my daughter I was diagnosed a gestational diabetic. My OB referred me to a nutritionist who put me on a strict diet and I still couldn't get my blood sugar under control. At the 35 week mark my doctor sent me home with insulin and told me if I couldn't get my sugars under control in 3 days I would have to take the shots.
