RecommendedI have tried many of the meal prep places prior to 95 Nutrition and was never a fan. When the location in Niagara Falls opened I decided to give this one a chance... and I am SOOO glad I did! I’ve never had a bad meal! Everything is delicious! I love the variety that I can get.. even desserts!! 95 Nutrition is the best!!
I stopped into 95 nutrition yesterday to get a few meals before putting in a bulk order online! I am so impressed. I actually can’t wait to wake up and eat my PB&J pancakes lol. I never thought I’d be excited to eat “diet” food. Everything has been so good so far. I had the buffalo chicken wrap today. I can’t wait to try everything!!
Excellent quality of food, delicious meals and outstanding customer service!! Love the broccoli cheddar soup and the brownie balls are ridiculously good- my kids fight over them!
The customer service in the Niagara Falls area is really nice their shakes are really good and healthy their prices are very reasonable per meal and on Fridays at my location the meals areAt a discounted rate it is definitely worth it even if you just want to try it you can go in there and just get one meal talk to the customers talk to the employees figure out what’s best for you they have tons of options to choose from it is definitely worth the investment 95 nutrition as a lifestyle and it will help you stay eating health... read more
I am literally BLOWN away. Just incorporated the 95 Buffalo wing wrap and the garbage plate into my macros today. Yesterday I was so hungry and today I am stuffed in the best way possible. The meals are phenomenal and I am SO impressed. Originally from Buffalo and I’m in Texas now. So thankful for shipping and I just cannot believe I waited this long to be a customer. 95 is 100% a cut above any of the meal prep services I’ve had and definitely above all in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Thoroughly impressed. ❤️
95 Nutrition makes great tasting healthy food
The food is super tasty, they honestly have the best pancakes. I couldn’t find the right protein pancakes. But WOW these are delicious! Such a variety. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I have been a customer with 95 since they opened their doors in Grand Island. Since then I have experienced the Hamburg, West Seneca, and recently Delaware Ave locations. Staff are friendly and respectful if you just want to browse on your own. They are not overbearing to sell their items, but are truly there to help in any way they can. Food, snacks, and supplements are all enjoyable. Never a disappointment walking into any of the stores.
