I have been ordering from 95 Nutrition for the past few weeks and I am absolutely hooked!! I'm a busy mom who is trying to lose baby weight, get my fitness in check, work AND take care of my family and sometimes meal prep just seemed impossible. Yummy. Premade healthy meals are a must. I hate having to think about what I am going to eat. I've tried three other meal prep services in the past few years and 95 Nutrition is by far my favorite. The flavor and variety is amazing.

I absolutely LOVE 95 Nutrition! Any time I have had a question they answer me very quickly on messenger, I have special allergies to foods and they have been more than accommodating to me. Also when I have asked for certain food products they have searched their stores to get what I am asking! I truly love the food it is very healthy and a great portion. I feel extremely confident when I eat their products. I will never again go anywhere else!
The service is incredible, walking into 95 Nutrition makes me feel so happy. I usually don’t get full on prep meals but believe me when I tell you that the food they make has so much flavor and NEVER disappoints. Also, I recommend grabbing a fresh smoothie if you plan on going in. Those smoothies are addicting!
