RecommendedI am someone who hates to cook and when I get home I am so exhausted the last thing I wanna do is make food so I tend to get fast food which adds up moneywise and waist line wise. I discovered 95 nutrition during the Covid and I have been back every week since. I haven’t had one thing I didn’t like ,their meals are tasty they have a variety each week and the staff is so friendly and helpful! it’s like doing meal prep myself but at an affordable price and i get much more of a variety!
came in looking for some meals. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and helpful he recommended a few meals and they tasted GREAT! he also recommended rule 1 protein i chose the chocolate and uts by far the best chocolate protein I've had over the years tastes like a malt milkshake! keep this guy ! he is a great asset too your team !
I am SO excited to have received my first order at 6:55am Saturday morning mind you! I ordered the items that would usually be me and my fiancées ‘cheat meal’ for the weekend. Including yummy breakfast sandwiches that we got to eat ASAP! Some portioned out ‘Chinese’ food and pancakes! Yes!!! Compared to a door dash order, this is sooo much more reasonable and healthy and you know what you’re getting in each meal! This will absolutely be a weekly order for us!!!!

95 Nutrition has helped me to stay on track with my health goals by providing reallllllly great desert options. If you have a sweet tooth and are looking for healthier alternatives, 95 Nutrition’s deserts are the way to go, especially the protein cheesecake pudding 🤤
The staff at the West Seneca location were very friendly. The food tastes great and ABSOLUTELY worth the money. I highly recommend the European Spinach and Feta Pasta!
We have been using 95 for a little while now and love the ease of it and its affordability. It saves me a day or two of weekly meal prep to actually do something I enjoy. Meals taste great with many having modifications, carbless options being my favorite. And the desserts are even better for those of us with a sweet tooth. Any issues we have had were addressed by their excellent customer service.
