Healthy meals, perfect portion sizes and easy ordering and pick-up!
went to pick up an order and saw clearly in the food prep area, 100s of wide open meals being package, no employees around the food had masks or even Gloves on, Is that really how you want your meal prep service making your meals people. A cough, a Sneeze, etc. Right over the food being packaged? And then, I ask about this on the 95 Nutrition page and guess what? My Comment and question is Deleted by the Admin. lol, what a joke, makes you think and wonder how many other negative comments or reviews are being deleted.
RecommendedMeals are delicious! Snacks are great!

Every meal I have had from 95 Nutrition has been great! There are so many varieties to chose from. The staff at the Niagara Falls location are always personable & very helpful. Looking forward to ordering more meals soon!
Visited the Hamburg store today for the 1st time. I can't remember the guys name but he was a manager. He was awesome. Very informative and knowledgeable. I had my 1st meal tonight and it was fantastic. Also purchased protein shake mix and peanut butter fudge. I'm hooked. my goal is to start eating healthy and lose some weight. Seriously the food is delicious, the portions are perfect and you cannot beat the price!! See you next week.

Really good food. Good menu. Fresh and keeps well. Reasonably priced. Discount Friday's are a good deal.
Love the food & portion sizes. You can tell it's freshly made, not full of salt or preservatives. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, too!
I have gone to 3 different locations, in the last year to grab meals, and their customer service is Always. On. Point. Ridge, Delaware and most recently Transit 👏👏👏 Thanks for being nice and helpful when I come in hangry on my lunch break. I appreciate you. ☺️
