Visited 95 Nutrition to pick up dinners for the week & I was in awe! I typically frequent another meal prep location but your location has so much more variety! Cooking is not for me & with my goal of maintaining my weight loss I'm excited to try your healthy & diverse meals! I'm excited to try your protein shakes also! All of The food is delicious and it saves so much time on meal prep. No brainer.
Just ordered 25 meals... I haven't had a bad meal yet!!!. And the pizza wrap... If you haven't tried it... You're missing out! The meals are so filling and great for anyone that doesn't really care to meal prep. Not to mention the prices! And you can freeze them! I Love 95 Nutrition!

95 Nutrition has always been my go to for healthy, prepared meals but has become essential for me since giving birth to my son one month ago. I don’t have to feel guilty about eating a meal or a snack quickly when I get a minute for myself. Not only are meals quick and easy to make but delicious as well!
If there’s one thing you should get hooked on it’s 95’s meals. A buddy came into work one day with this “thing” for lunch. I asked what in the world is that? He said, “hey man you gotta check this place out 95 Nutrtion.” I’ll tell ya what I’m down 40LBS. Since New Years (2020 Jan-October) just from changing my eating habits and going with 95.
