RecommendedI’m so glad that they put a 95 Nutrition in Niagara Falls- it’s closer to home. They have great meals and the option for male/female is perfect! Not only are the meals amazing but the cookie dough bites are so delicious for a sweet tooth!

I went in after a workout at Planet Fitness , there was a great selection and the people there were so helpful. So I would like to say to give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I got the sweet sour chicken and it was delicious 😋. Check them out 👍👍
My husband & I have found the solution to our everyday argument of “what’s for dinner?” Hahaha The food is really delicious & all the locations make it easy to grab ‘n go. We’ve been very pleased with our experience so far! We would definitely recommend 95 Nutrition.
Have had two meals so far and I was absolutely satisfied with them. I feel like this meal prep plan is one I can stick to for sure ❤️ Stopped at the one in Hamburg and Jessica gave me a very informational guide to what was what with this product!
I have been going to Grand Island location for a year now. Its convenient since I live here but most importantly the food is great. I have tried other meal prep places but not as good. Love 95 Nutrition!! I was in the NF location on Friday and both the employees were awesome! Bravo for their customer service!! Both were very helpful and kind. Can’t beat their customer service!!! Thank you!!! Oh... and their food is just fabulous!!! Changes every week and always coming up with new ideas!!!
