RecommendedAwesome food! We went to the new Niagara Falls location since we were in the area and tried 1 meal each for my wife and I. We loved them and went back for more!
Good food for Single people
We stopped in for the grand opening of the Niagara Falls store and were so impressed! I have heard wonderful things about 95 Nutrition so I wasn’t expecting any less. When we walked in, we were greeted by several very friendly and knowledgeable team members who explained everything to us. We have tried a few things from there so far and loved them! We will definitely be back and would recommend everyone check it out!

About 2 months ago I made a very simple switch.. from take-out lunches to 95 Nutrition meals. Went to the doctor today and I'm down 17 pounds in the last 2 months!! I don't even miss eating out. These meals are nutritious, delicious, inexpensive, and save me time. I'm so glad I made the switch!!! Can't wait to see how much further I go with 95!!
Great food!!! I order or pick up meals usually once a week for to take for lunch at work or a quick dinner at home. Although I wish no red pepper could be a modification because it comes on many meals that I like, it's so hard to get all the flakes or pieces out.
