Food is fantastic and I really want to give a shout out to Mike Greeley that works at 95 nutrition . He is fantastic at customer service and always interacts with the people he is waiting on which is so important. We will actually try to pick up our meals when he is working because he makes such a difference and doesn’t rush you and does not hesitate to show you the products and explain them to you .
FOOD IS FANTASTIC. STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAD SISTER TRY A MEAL AND NOW SHE IS GOING TO ORDER FOR HERSELF & HUSBAND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had heard about 95 Nutrition but never tried it! I went the first day they opened here in Niagara Falls and loved it! The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing! Can I say the Peanut Butter Protien Pie is To die for❤️If you struggle with food prep you have to try 95 Nutrition!
The food is amazing. It’s so easy; just takeout of the freezer to thaw and microbe for 1-2 minutes.

Love $5 fridays and all of the meals so far have been more than good.. and im extremely picky! This location is super convenient for me as well and anytime i forget a meal for work its easy to stop and grab something i know will be healthy! Recommend them to everyone! Downfall is i have been wanting to try their shakes and was told GI is the only one who doesnt do them.
