Had my first appt. Jan 15 2016. I rwally liked this place (outpatient clinic Jasper AL) everyone was very friendly and caring. Didnt really like their choice.of drs...but. been out of the Army since 1966 and 1st time using.the VA. Have a 2nd appt this month and will know more.them. some meds they wont prescribe but can get from private dr.

Do not delete evidence, do the harder right not the easier wrong. Genevieve Warnke, a LEAD MSA/Supervisor for Fort Harrison Montana Veteran Affairs (VISN 19) had an inappropriate sexual relationship with an MSA Genevieve supervised and had time card authority, Jordan Griffith. This was reported to VISN 19 Leadership in September of 2015. The way the so called professionals run that place is ridiculous. You can never get an clear answer out of anyone. They don't give a crap if you served this country or not.

It is place where Common Does NOT Apply. I have Served my Country, All the employees there have there job because of the Military, but in the years of going there, you rarely hear "THANK YOU FOR SERVICE " never hear "THANK YOU FOR MY JOB". People there are more concerned about keeping there job than taking care of the veterans (note: I was told I get paid the same, if I take care of NO VETERAN or 100 VETERANS a day), but like most people these days there more concerned about the PAYCHECK.

Trying to get hold of anyone on the phone is next to impossible! Last month I spent 3 days trying to get through to the appointment office. After 47 calls on day three I called the clinic directly & told the person who answered not to transfer me back (as they had done before) & to make the appointment themselves. I spent two weeks trying to get a case manager to call me back about another issue. Finally took me voicing my frustration to the Coumadin Clinic staff to at least get an answer to my question. I can't even get into contact will anyone. I've been calling for weeks now just to set up an appointment. I have left numerous voicemails and have not received any calls backs. I am always on hold or getting transferred to the wrong person or put on hold for about an average on 15 minutes, then for some reason the line hangs up. Seems like the only time I can get anything done is if I actually go all the way up to the facility. Defining excellence is your slogan, but I can not seem to see in what aspect.
