best VA been to Staff actually cares well majority of them do
The staff at the Birmingham VA Center has always given me excellent care. I thank everyone working in the Blue Clinic for taking care of me. Dr. Carin Eubanks, Dr. Noerager, Mrs. Veronica Brown and the nursing staff are the best. I give them all an A+.
My husband has always received great treatment at this hospital. The BLUE Clinic staff and Dr. Mason are always nice and on top of everything. This facility has saved his life three times, maybe more. The only problem is the parking deck being so far from the hospital, and that will soon be fixed with the new parking deck and Physicians Building. I'm so disgusted with the quality of health care I have received from this hospital over the past six months I am strongly considering posting my medical records for public scrutiny. Two years is too long to be on suicide watch and have it exacerbated by mental health staff. In my experience, this hospital lacks the "Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence" they claim to champion. I have been lied to, cheated, and denigrated by hospital personnel.
My time with the VA in Birmingham has been great. Been admitted for testing the staff is very nice and professional.
I have to say the staff here has been great and when we get confused about ANYTHING, they will get the answers for us. You have to have patience and remember there are other patients and they might be sicker than you. Thank you for your care with our daughter.
The staff was excellent!!! They gave my husband the care he needed and deserved!!!
The telephone system is totally inadequate, tried for 30 minutes to reach the Dental Department to no avail! And the operator just kept sending me back to the same recorded extension, HELLO....
The people were very nice and made a stressful situation for my brother very easy. Now the down side of the location of the VA. Parking is atrocious and having to take a shuttle from over 2 miles away is unacceptable for our servicemen and women. They deserve better and were should demand better for them. We could have parked on the streets, but we got there at 7:30 and legal parking did not start until 8:00am..........the spots were already filled with illegal parkers.
