I just hate the location, the traffic, and the new parking deck. Plus travel pay being paid by check , I needed those funds right away to put gas in , for transportation.

I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE FROM THE STAFF AT THE BIRMINGHAM VA. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE VA FOR 12 YRS AND IT NEVER SURPRISES ME TO SEE HOW IN COMPETE PEOPLE CAN KEEP THEIR JOB AND THE REASON IS SO OBVIOUS. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THE WORKERS DOING THERE NAILS, TALKING ON THEIR CELL PHONES AND SLEEPING BE HIDE THE DESK, YES THAT'S RIGHT SLEEPING AND WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL PATIENT ADVOCATE THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR HIPA RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED.

Went in last week Tuesday I went in because I am having a pinched nerve in my neck, and the disc in my back slipped out again. Went in and was promptly sent to a nurse who told me the doctor had already gone home for the day. That she would send me to have x-rays done on my neck and back. And that she would set up a consult with my doctor for treatment, after my doctor had a chance to review my x-rays. Well fast forward to this week.
