This has nothing to do with Oscar he was a gentleman after the first time were we had a terrible experience With service and just having the car for 6 months it needed a new transmission, we decided to stay with the car but 6 months later we have the same issue car makes a weird sound it’s shaky so we decided to take it back to Nissan. RecommendedService Department sucks, no communication. Kept car for over a week to install simple radio replacement under warranty. Tried to schedule multiple times, left text and voicemail messages for Jorge Prada, he does not answer phone, nor does he return calls or text messages. I would like a return call from a Manager please. If no one responds , my next review will be throughout all social media.
