I went into Universal Nissan to talk about potentially getting a car but I was unsure. Luis Cabrera gave me a ton of information about buying a new car and made everything so easy. He really made me less stressed because he explained everything so thoroughly! He was one of the nicest persons I’ve dealt with in customer service! This has nothing to do with Oscar he was a gentleman after the first time were we had a terrible experience With service and just having the car for 6 months it needed a new transmission, we decided to stay with the car but 6 months later we have the same issue car makes a weird sound it’s shaky so we decided to take it back to Nissan. Oscar attended us nicely but the same day I left it I was told they only needed to restart the transmissions computer and we picked it up.
