RecommendedService Department sucks, no communication. Kept car for over a week to install simple radio replacement under warranty. Tried to schedule multiple times, left text and voicemail messages for Jorge Prada, he does not answer phone, nor does he return calls or text messages. I would like a return call from a Manager please. If no one responds , my next review will be throughout all social media.
