I did some shopping around before I made the final decision, and although I received a slightly better offer at another dealer, I decided to buy the car with Universal because of the quality of their service and the credibility they established during the process. The sales person Jake McNeely is fantastic, very professional and made the process very easy and seamless. Highly recommended.
