Juan Cruz is your go to guy when buying a car! Being that I was a newbie, he helped me throughout the whole process. He made sure I wasn’t lost or confused and if I had any questions, he made sure to answer them thoroughly. I had amazing service and I definitely recommend this place! 😊
The wait time is always ridiculous here. I was there 10 minutes before the service department even opened and they still took 3 hours to do an oil change and diagnose why my Bluetooth microphone wasn’t working (blown fuse). I didn’t even receive an update from my advisor until 2.5 hours in. I understand that the wait times are pretty pathetic at most dealerships, but 3 hours?!? I’ll drive out of my way next time to try a different Nissan dealership.

I take really good care of my car but every time I take it for service, the bill ends up being over $1500. This last one, check engine light came on and the repair was over $2,000. Plus I had to rent and pay for a car cause they don’t even provide you a loaner.

Never buy a Nissan‼️transmission are no good, your car will break before you pay it off
