Bought a new car, there was a chip in the paint. Show up on the day they told me to, and no one knows what’s going on. I don’t get how no one knows what is going on here. Horrible customer service. I will use my free oil changes that I negotiated at the purchase and NEVER come back. Such a joke.

After making an appointment almost 2 weeks out, to have several recalls repaired on my 2013 Nissan Altima, for my stepson... Several arrangements were made to get the car there on time for the appointment, which I was told would take all day long, no problem, I said to the service advisor... 8 hours later he, calls my stepson to pick up the vehicle...
