No one calls you back when they say they will. If they do call you its as if there talking to you for the first time asking if I'm still interested in car.
Sold the vehicle without telling me there was a deal in the works before mine. The internet Customer Care and the Car Specialist departments need to get their act together.

Do not buy your vehicle here and don’t let their mechanics touch your vehicle. If they cause damage to your vehicle they will not be accountable. They fried my entire electrical system when they swapped my battery and battery terminal an claim that the issue is not related! DO NOT GO HERE, I even paid them to fix it and they didn’t fix it completely. William King and the sales team did a good job taking care of us and decently met our needs as far as the sales side goes. Unfortunately, we requested the titan be cleaned well because it was full of sand inside and also had some gunk near the rear window switch, etc. and it appeared that they only ran it through the car wash and dressed the tires. The inside was still dirty. it was late so we left back to Tampa. and the tire pressure light came on. had to go back. returned a week later to get windows tinted and asked that t... read more
