William King and the sales team did a good job taking care of us and decently met our needs as far as the sales side goes. Unfortunately, we requested the titan be cleaned well because it was full of sand inside and also had some gunk near the rear window switch, etc. and it appeared that they only ran it through the car wash and dressed the tires. I have had my car in the service dept since last Friday. It’s been a week. The part apparently still hasn’t arrived and I have been given the run around by multiple service advisers and managers. Horrible horrible customer service. Was supposed to receive a call back yesterday October the 8th on my car and no one ever called. The service department in this dealer it’s awful! It’s people absolutely disrespect and with a really low level of education, one time I spoke with the manager Becca Kroeger and she lacks of authority and take all the services unprofessionally consents all that relish staff, takes to long and makes the half service , I threated with three different people who takes care about my car and the three were horrible , they showed hate and absolutely unprofessionalism with the customers so, if you buy a car at this dealer don’t buy... read more
