I was just here. This was a horrible service. They ruin my transmission. I don’t ever recommend any one coming here for their car service. Nissan recommended services are deceiving and all they do is rob people of their money. I am NEVER buying Nissan ever again.

I would only recommend this establishment to those I had a major vendetta against - this was by far the worst customer service experience ever in my 32 years of having a license. Bait and switch is an understatement, 5 employees, 5 different prices - same car. Had to call multiple times to remind employees to check their email and run my credit... Even had the quote in writing in an email and they refused to honor it after I drove 2 hours to get there. Might actually file for breach of contract on this. Walked out over $200 ... read more
