Being Active Duty Military it is hard to find the time to search for a vehicle I want. Juan Cruz did everything in his power to find a good time for us to meet and find the car of my dreams. I thought the car was going to be too expensive, He showed me it wasn’t. I thought the process was going to take forever, He showed me it didn’t. And I thought I was too far to get the car, and He drove it to me. I’m happy that Not only Juan Cruz supports the US Military , but Universal Nissan does as well!
I did an appointment for the oil change and was waiting in there for 3 hours they are very unorganized.

My wife let me buy 2 cars here. A Palisade for the baby and her and my truck. We had a great time here and they worked with us to make the budget work with a baby on the way. I really appreciate all that Sam did for us. I will be coming back here for sure.
Great dealer with a lot of good inventory to choose from. I bought mine the same day I serviced my car. Sam informed me about the ViP upgrade program and it just made sense. I love my new car and everything went super smooth. 5/5 for sure!!

Bought a 2018 Nissan Kicks and had multiple issues with car and the last issue I had was that the paint faded and the service dept told me they could not do nothing about it and they were not responsible for the issue with the paint. Now figure you sold me the car and not even of having the car the paint faded but yet how is that not your responsibility. 🙀 very unprofessional of suck a big dealership not correct an issue with a car they sold not even a year of having it.
