I went into Universal Nissan to talk about potentially getting a car but I was unsure. Luis Cabrera gave me a ton of information about buying a new car and made everything so easy. He really made me less stressed because he explained everything so thoroughly! He was one of the nicest persons I’ve dealt with in customer service!
