I was contacted by Madison and Ernest. I’m not sure if they are computers or robots, but their customer service was horrible. I repeatedly asked for a carfax report on the vehicle I was very interested in. And they refused to forward this information and ignored the fact that I even asked for it by sending and resending their “scripted” emails. Very disappointed! I asked for all correspondence to finally stop.
They have had my 2017 Nissan Titan for two days for a job I was told would be same day. And now they are not responding to my calls or giving me updates on my vehicle.
The whole experience I had today with my wife was absolutely incredible. A huge thank you to Juan Espinal, he really made us feel like we were at home. This was the best car buying experience a person could ask for!
