Asking for service for my Nissan 2018, was amazing the advisor Jorge Spanish employee was amazing. I will definitely will come with my Dauthers Nissan car and will ask for Jorge, great customer service.

Bought a new car, there was a chip in the paint. Show up on the day they told me to, and no one knows what’s going on. I don’t get how no one knows what is going on here. Horrible customer service. I will use my free oil changes that I negotiated at the purchase and NEVER come back. Such a joke.

After making an appointment almost 2 weeks out, to have several recalls repaired on my 2013 Nissan Altima, for my stepson... Several arrangements were made to get the car there on time for the appointment, which I was told would take all day long, no problem, I said to the service advisor... 8 hours later he, calls my stepson to pick up the vehicle... Upon arrival, he informs us, that the service technician decided not to fix anything because he was out of stock on a particular part, for one of the recalls... “ARE YOU SERIOU... read more
