Bought a car for my mom here, spectacular service. Sam fully demonstrated all the hard to understand features for mom. She left with a new Rogue and couldn’t be happier. The VIP department there really does treat you like gold.
I highly recommend SAM at this dealer, you won’t missed him, he can pass as Keanu Reeves brother. SAM was honest and never pushy. He kept me in loop with every step of the way and was ALWAYS there to answer ANY questions I had. No pressure sale tactics whatsoever. Saw the car I was looking for online, went into the dealership met Chris Roman and let me just say, everyone should buy a car from him!!! He was amazing to work with. He wanted to make sure I looked at the car, test drove it and made me feel very comfortable. Another dealership I went to didn’t compare. William Morris was a rockstar today when he helped me pick out and finance my first car. He was kind, patient, and efficient through the whole process. I didn't know what to expect going into a dealership. I thought I would be uncomfortable and pressured into a sale I knew I couldn't afford. That didn't happen. Demasiados embustes contar de vender el carro. Muy pendientes a lo que les ofrecen ya que a mi me ofrecieron muchas cosas y me tomaron el pelo. Nunca vayan a comprar carros con JOSE SAYAS! Me vendió un carro diciendo 20,000 en 24,000 carro del año supuestamente con servicio de aceite y filtro incluido cosa que no era cierta. El primer pago lo tuve que hacer con solo 15 días de haberme entregado el auto por un erro del concesionario.
