Do not do business with sales guy named Eliab Sterling!! Worth reading for details. I am so disappointed and appalled at how rude he was to me just over saying no to buying a car off him. I visited universal Nissan in hopes of upgrading from a 2015 to a 2019 Altima and even brought my brother in law for help so I don’t get ripped off but wow did the sales guy make me feel like I committed a crime. RecommendedWill Morris was our Sales Consultant and he was very patient and was there helping us all day. He answer all my questions. Always making sure i was comfortable and if i needed anything. They did all in their hands to help me select the car i wanted for the best price.
