What a nightmare! First of all when you call the people answering the phones looooove putting you on a nice long hold OR transferring you to the wrong person! SECOND: they are clueless here! I got the maintenance package for my car and when I went to get an oil change they told me I didn’t have a package. I recommend Universal Nissan 100% Chris Roman helped me when I had some service issues with my Versa & took time to show me around while my car was being worked on. He showed me some of the new cars and really took time getting to know what my interests and needs are. As soon as I’m ready to part ways with my Versa, I’ll be making my way back to see Chris for my next Nissan. Thanks for employing kind, not-pushy sales people!
HORRIBLE customer service in the service department! It should NEVER take 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. And the employees are so rude and disrespectful to customers. It’s a shame that there are no Nissan dealerships locally with good service departments because when things need to be repaired that are under warranty, you are forced to go to the dealership. Because of this....I will NEVER buy another Nissan.
