We came to Universal a little over a year ago to purchase a vehicle and had a terrible experience and ended of leaving and finding a vehicle somewhere else due to poor customer service and sales not listening to what we the customer wanted. Best part of my experience was my Salesman. Jesus Quiles is a stand up guy and I would not hesitate to drive the two hours from my home to Universal Nissan to deal with him again.
