My husband and I recently visited Universal Nissan and were assisted by Kevin Hung. Kevin was kind, helpful, and very informative. Even though we couldn’t come to an agreement on the final numbers to purchase the vehicle, we were still very pleased by the professionalism he displayed. Kevin and his management did everything in their power to try and make it work. We definitely recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle there.
Just bought a new Rogue. What a great experience! Thank you Will Morris for making the transaction go as smoothly as possible. I was shocked when he personally delivered the car to my house! Who does that? THANK YOU! I was also surprised that he brought a tech person (sorry I don't remember his name) who took the time to program my cellphone to the car and show me all the fancy high tech gadgets. I highly recommend this dealership. The best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a car.

Don’t usually do this reviews thing but reaching out for my grandma who insisted we wrote one. She was very pleased with her experience with Chris Roman. She was very happy with the whole process and is extremely excited with her new car!
