Horrible customer service!!!! They don't care about you or your vehicle just to buy a vehicle from them!!! They didn't tell me I needed additional services until it was an issue!!! will never go back ever!!!!!! I was lied to and ripped off!!!!!
Usually a positive experience here. Today however, I waited two hours for an oil change. With an appointment. I'm not happy nor do I feel like a "customer for life". ��. Bought a brand new car there Sunday. Did not get out of the dealership until after dark. First thing Monday morning I notice a huge scratch on the hood. Called immediately, have been getting the run around since then. Now the stipes are peeling off of the side of the car and the windshield has what appears to be tiny scratches all over it that are visible when the sun hits it directly.
