I was ripped off under warranty! The experience started off in a very friendly and personable manner. During the test drive of the vehicle I ended up buying, we all heard a troubling noise that we couldn’t identify, so they “had the shop take a look at it”. After the mechanic deemed that there was nothing wrong with the car, I expressed concern with buying it but was told “Don’t worry about it, we’ll give you a full warranty for the week and if you have any problems we’ll take care of you.” On the drive home I noticed a simi... read more
