The service is ridiculous. I called and made an appointment to have a recall done on my Frontier at noon. I got there over 15 minutes early. Checked in and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. An hour and a half later my truck still hasn’t moved. What is the point of an appointment? The first line on the Nissan customer promise is “We will respect your time”. That’s a big lie. I will never bring my vehicle back here and will let everyone else know about this experience.

I will never buy anything from Universal because of their conniving dealers. The issue happen 14 years ago with my brother. Since then I have bought 5 cars and not one of them has ever been from universal Nissan. Too bad there wasn’t Social medial then.
